Is This You?

Who Kairos Helps Most

Most of our patients share a common experience: they’ve already tried multiple approaches, and nothing has fully resolved their pain. If any of these sound familiar, Kairos was built for you.

Pain That Keeps Coming Back

You've tried stretching, adjustments, injections, maybe even medication. It helps for a while, then the pain returns. You're starting to wonder if something deeper is being missed.

Recovering from an Injury

A strain, a fall, a tear. It happened months ago, but your body still doesn't feel right. You've been told to rest and give it time, but time alone isn't resolving it.

Still Struggling After Surgery

The surgery went well, but stiffness, guarded movement, or lingering pain remain. Your body learned to protect itself during recovery and hasn't fully let go.

Head & Neck Pain

Tension headaches, migraines, jaw tightness, or nerve sensitivity that won't settle. Your nervous system may be locked in a heightened state, amplifying pain signals throughout your body.

Your assessment is the first step toward lasting relief.

What Kind of Pain Are You Dealing With?

Most of our patients have already tried multiple approaches. Find the pattern that sounds like yours.

Back, neck, shoulder, or joint pain that’s persisted for months or years. You’ve tried treatments. Some helped briefly, but the pattern keeps returning.

A strain, sprain, or tear that never fully healed. Compensations have built up, and something still doesn’t feel right.

Post-Surgical Recovery
Surgery addressed the structure, but stiffness or guarded movement remain. Recovery needs to be guided, not just waited out.

Tension headaches, migraines, jaw tightness, or nerve sensitivity. Your nervous system may be stuck in a protective, pain-amplifying state.

Pain, stiffness, or fatigue showing up without a clear injury, especially in your 40s and beyond. Recovery feels slower, joints feel tighter, and your body may not respond the way it used to. This often reflects deeper changes in how the body recovers and processes stress.

Most assessments take about 30 to 45 minutes.

What Our Patients Say

Why Most Pain Relief Doesn't Last

Most treatments focus on one piece of the problem: a tight muscle, a misaligned joint, a weak area. That piece might feel better for a while.

But persistent pain is sustained by multiple systems at once: structural tension, movement compensation, inflammation, and nervous system dysregulation, sometimes complicated by underlying medical factors.

When only one layer is addressed, the others keep the pain cycle going. That’s why people bounce between providers without lasting change.

Why isolated treatments fail:

The Kairos Method

Pain Is a System. We Treat It Like One.

Most providers address one dimension of pain. Kairos addresses all five, in a single, coordinated plan. That’s what makes relief last.

Persistent pain isn’t caused by one thing. It’s sustained by multiple systems reinforcing each other. Structural tension drives compensation. Compensation increases inflammation. Inflammation sensitizes the nervous system. The nervous system amplifies pain.

Breaking this cycle requires addressing every layer together.

Structural Tension

Chronic tightness, fascial restrictions, and postural imbalances that create and sustain pain patterns throughout the body.

Movement Patterns

Compensation habits that develop around pain, altering how you move, load, and recover, and preventing full resolution.

Inflammation & Tissue Healing

Persistent inflammation and incomplete tissue repair that keep pain cycling, even after the original injury has passed.

Nervous System Regulation

An overactive nervous system that amplifies pain signals, locks in tension, and keeps the body in a chronic protective state.

Medical Pain Support

Underlying medical factors that contribute to or complicate pain, requiring clinical evaluation and oversight alongside recovery therapies.

No commitment. Just clarity.

How It Works

Three steps. One connected process.

Assessment

Your Recovery Plan

Integrated Treatment

Assessment

A thorough evaluation of your pain history, movement, and recovery patterns, including medical factors, to understand the full picture.

Your Recovery Plan

A structured plan combining medical support, recovery technologies, and nervous system care, built around what your body actually needs.

Integrated Treatment

Medical pain support, advanced recovery therapies, and nervous system regulation, coordinated together so relief builds on itself.

Most assessments take about 30 to 45 minutes.

Founder Story

Why Doug Built Kairos

Doug Isaaks

Doug Isaacks kept seeing the same problem: people in real pain, bouncing from provider to provider, getting temporary relief but never a lasting resolution.

The issue wasn’t that treatments failed. It was that they were disconnected. One provider addressed structure. Another focused on therapy. No one looked at the medical, physical, and neurological picture together.

Kairos was built to close that gap. The first integrated recovery clinic that combines medical pain support, recovery technologies, and nervous system regulation into one coordinated plan.

Relief shouldn’t depend on luck. It should come from a system designed to last.

Clinical Tools

The Tools Inside Your Recovery Plan

These are not services you choose from a menu. They are clinical tools selected and combined by your care team, based on what your pain pattern actually requires.

Every plan at Kairos is different because every pain pattern is different. Your plan may use some of these tools, or all of them, depending on what your assessment reveals.

The system determines the tools. Not the other way around.

Restoring Structure & Movement

Addresses: Structural tension, movement compensation

Therapeutic Bodywork

May help release soft tissue restrictions and resolve compensation patterns that sustain pain.

Compression Therapy

May support circulation, reduce swelling, and assist tissue recovery between sessions.

Heat & Cold Therapy

May help manage acute pain, reduce inflammation, and ease stiffness in restricted areas.

Accelerating Tissue Healing

Addresses: Inflammation, cellular repair

Red Light Therapy

May reduce inflammation at the cellular level and support tissue recovery.

Massage Therapy

Reduces guarding and improves tissue readiness

Peptide Therapy

May support tissue healing by helping the body regulate repair processes more effectively.

Regulating the Nervous System

Addresses: Pain signaling, stress response, chronic tension

Float Therapy

Sensory reduction that may help the nervous system down-regulate and release deep tension patterns.

Sound Therapy

Promotes deep relaxation and may help reduce stress and chronic pain signaling.

Salt Therapy

A restorative environment that supports respiratory health, relaxation, and recovery.

Every plan is built around your specific pain pattern.
