Support nervous system regulation by helping reduce tension, stress, and the physical effects of emotional overload.
At Kairos, our vibroacoustic sound therapy is designed to support relief from mental and emotional overload by calming the nervous system and reducing stress-related tension. The sound waves are delivered through a specialized therapy bed, allowing vibration to move through the body in a controlled, grounding way. This process can help ease anxiety, quietracing thoughts, improve sleep quality, and reduce the physical symptoms often connected to emotional strain. As part of our comprehensive recovery approach, sound therapy works
alongside our other modalities to support both mental clarity and overall recovery.
Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy utilizes sound waves, typically ranging from 30 to 936 Hz, transmitted through our zero gravity lounge. These waves resonate through your body, creating gentle vibrations that stimulate cellular repair, enhance circulation, and induce a profound state of relaxation.
